“Easy!: These steps are easy to install if everything is perfect, I on the other hand had to change out the threshold because the original one was too high. After that the t was very easy.”

“A well built product.: very good product. Very heavy duty. Solid. Works very well. Easy to install. A little pricey, but after using it for over a week, I'm glad I spent the money. I was using a three step ladder prior. Spend your money! * * One person found this”

“Disappointed: We ordered this from the Amazon resale store. The description said that it did not come in the original box. When the box arrived It was pretty beat up. There are scratches on the steps. two of the tabs for the lock Mechanism were bent.”

· Leggi

“Great steps but had an issue with our door.: These steps are fantastic. Well worth the money. Very sturdy and much better for me than carrying a step stool around. We did have a little problem when it came to installing them.”

Domande frequenti

The Lippert SolidStep 26" Double fits most RV types including standard RVs. Check mounting requirements against your rig. Usa il nostro verifica compatibilità below per conferma.

The Lippert SolidStep 26" Double carries up to 200 lbs. That's the carrier's rating—your bumper or hitch has its own limit too. Use whichever number is lower. Overloading bends bumpers and voids warranties. Weigh your gear, don't guess.

Yes. Budget 20 minutes and basic hand tools. The Lippert SolidStep 26" Double bolts to your bumper or slides into your hitch receiver. One person can do it, but a second pair of hands makes alignment easier. Instructions included.

Possibly. The Lippert SolidStep 26" Double extends behind your RV and may obscure your plate depending on mounting height and cargo size. Most states require a visible, illuminated plate at all times. Relocate your plate or add a plate bracket if blocked. Details in our legal guide.

The Lippert SolidStep 26" Double is built from aluminum. Apply a rust-inhibitor spray twice a year if you drive in salt-belt states. Rinse after winter trips. Store indoors when not in use to maximize lifespan.

The Lippert SolidStep 26" Double non si ripiega. Dovrai rimuoverlo quando non trasporti nulla, ci vogliono 15 minuti. Riponilo nel garage tra i viaggi.

Adding 35.00 lbs of carrier plus your cargo weight behind the rear axle shifts your RV's center of gravity. Keep loads under the rated limit and distribute weight evenly. You'll notice slightly longer stopping distances. Take corners slower than usual until you're used to the extra rear weight.
