About Kuat
Kuat è il marchio che ha reso i portabici da gancio cool. Fondata nel 2009 a Springfield, nel Missouri, l'azienda è comparsa dal nulla con l'NV, un portabici a piattaforma che sembrava uscito dalla vetrina di un negozio di mountain bike più che da un noioso catalogo di accessori. L'industria insegue quella estetica da allora.
Kuat produce NV, Sherpa (leggero), Transfer e Piston Pro, più vassoi portabagagli da gancio e accessori. Tutto si piega, si inclina per accedere al portellone e trasporta due o quattro bici senza toccare il telaio. Le finiture sembrano costose perché lo sono — un NV 2.0 Base per due bici si aggira sui 650 dollari.
