A budget hanging hitch rack that fits both 1.25-inch and 2-inch hitches — useful if you change vehicles or are not sure which size you have. Tilt-away for trunk access, 35 lb per-bike limit for standard bikes. The trade-offs at this price are no bike locks, frame-contact design (not carbon-safe), and no e-bike support.
