You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyCargoRacks and its owners, operators, employees, contributors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the site; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

Brand names, product names, and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement of MyCargoRacks by those brands unless explicitly stated.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@mycargoracks.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action, subject to the governing-law and venue provisions above.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced more prominently.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyCargoRacks regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements.
