Roof Mounting
flush rails with factory rails
The 5th-generation Hyundai Santa Fe (2024+) features flush roof rails on trims equipped with rails. This mid-size SUV uses Thule Evo Flush Rail (7106) or Yakima StreamLine towers for crossbar mounting. The redesigned Santa Fe has a notably boxy profile with a flat roofline — this actually benefits cargo mounting because it provides a more level surface for cargo box positioning and reduces aerodynamic turbulence compared to sloped rooflines. Rail-to-rail span is approximately 43 inches with front-to-rear spread of 35-38 inches. The Santa Fe's dimensions accommodate standard cargo boxes (M through L sizes) and all carrier accessories. The Calligraphy and XRT trims maintain the same flush rail system despite exterior styling differences.
