About TMS

TMS is a Chinese manufacturer selling hitch cargo baskets, motorcycle carriers, and folding cargo trays on Amazon at the lowest tier of pricing. Their 500-pound capacity steel cargo basket is typically under $90.

Build quality is basic. Welds are functional but not confidence-inspiring. For a single cross-country move or a weekend road trip, TMS is a defensible budget choice. Beyond that, buy something better.

Did you know?

TMS (the rack brand, not the management systems company) is a private label used by multiple Chinese factories and Amazon resellers — there's no single "TMS Inc." behind the brand. Warranty support is essentially whichever Amazon seller happens to be fulfilling orders that week.
