Wide range of overlanding accessories including Bushveld and Nomadic rooftop tents. Strong Amazon presence at budget-to-mid price points.
Overland Vehicle Systems (OVS) is a North Carolina-based overlanding accessory brand that's expanded aggressively since 2018. They sell awnings, rooftop tents, recovery gear, fridge sliders, and roof platforms β essentially competing with ARB, 23ZERO, and Smittybilt on price.
The Nomadic and Bushveld series of rooftop tents are the flagship products. The Bushveld LT (180 Awning) is popular with the Jeep and 4Runner crowd for its 270-degree coverage.
Prices are mid-tier. Quality is generally better than Smittybilt but not quite at the ARB level. Solid middle-ground pick for overland beginners.
Did you know?
Overland Vehicle Systems was founded by a group of former ARB dealers who wanted to bring Australian-style overlanding gear to the U.S. market at lower prices. The first OVS tents were reverse-engineered from well-used ARB Cheetah tents.
