Why this product
Why the Thule OutPace 3-Bike?
Three-bike platform carrying at only 36 lbs — that is hard to find. Tilt-away for trunk access, 55 lb per-bike capacity, integrated locks for bikes and hitch, carbon-frame-safe. Steel construction keeps the price reasonable. Not rated for e-bikes, which is the main limitation. I recommend this to families of three who want a platform rack without the weight and cost of premium aluminum options. Start here, upgrade later if your bikes get heavier.
