Why this product
Why the VelociRAX 6 MAX?
Six bikes on a hitch rack without a trailer — the VelociRAX vertical design makes this possible where platform racks cannot. Damper-assisted lowering, tilt-away, integrated locks, aluminum construction. At 105 lbs, plan on two people for install. The 45 lb per-bike limit and frame-contact design rule out e-bikes and carbon frames. I recommend this only if you genuinely carry six bikes regularly — do not overbuy capacity you will not use.
