Why this product
Why the Tuff Stuff Trailhead?
The Trailhead is Tuff Stuff's most affordable entry point at 110 lbs with a 3-minute setup. The 280GSM polyester is a lighter fabric than the canvas on their premium models, and the 2-inch mattress is on the thin side. This is designed as a first rooftop tent for people testing the waters. If you want to try rooftop camping without committing to a premium price and can accept thinner materials, the Trailhead gets you started at minimal cost and weight.
