Why this product
Why the Thule Outbound Cargo Bag?
The Outbound is Thule's budget cargo bag — 13 cu ft at 5 lbs with PVC-free construction and works with or without crossbars. For occasional trips where you need extra space, it's hard to beat the price-to-capacity ratio. The downside? Thinner fabric than the Interstate means less weather protection in sustained rain, and no security means you can't leave it unattended.
