The Tepui Ruggedized Kukenam 3 is a 3-plus-season softshell fold-out rooftop tent with an aluminum base and 600D polyester ripstop fabric. It sleeps 3, weighs 135 lbs, includes a 2.5-inch mattress, and takes about 5 minutes to set up.

The Ruggedized Kukenam 3 adds 3-plus-season capability to Tepui's core 3-person fold-out. At 135 lbs it is 10 lbs heavier than the standard Kukenam 3. Same 600D polyester ripstop and 2.5-inch mattress, with whatever insulation or reinforcement earns the extended-season rating. If you camp in cooler conditions and want a fold-out that handles it better than a standard 3-season tent without the jump to a 4-season hardshell, this is a reasonable middle ground.
