Why this product
Why the Front Runner Rack Mount Bike Carrier?
At 5.5 lbs this is the lightest bike carrier I have ever stocked, and it mounts directly into Slimline II rack channels without adapters. Fork-mount design means your front wheel comes off, which keeps things low-profile and stable at speed. The 44 lb bike limit means standard bikes only, not e-bikes. If you already run a Front Runner roof rack on your overlander, start here — it is the most integrated solution and the locks cover both the bike and the carrier.
