Rightline Gear ist die North Carolina-basierte Auto-Zubehörmarke, am bekanntesten für ihre wasserdichten Dach-Cargo-Bags und Truck-Bed-Zelte. Gegründet 2005, ist Rightlines Pitch einfach: Du kannst eine Dach-Cargo-Box für $400 kaufen, oder eine Rightline Sport Cargo Bag für $100, die die gleiche Menge Ausrüstung fasst — die Bags sind 100% wasserdicht, riemenbar über die Türrahmen (kein Träger nötig).

Rightline Gears erste wasserdichte Cargo-Bag wurde vom Gründer entworfen, nachdem die Thule-Box des Familienminivans während eines Gewitters auf einer Yellowstone-Reise mit Regenwasser gefüllt war. Das Bag-Design wird noch immer im selben Lager in Asheville, North Carolina hergestellt.
